Recruitment Assistant Intern, University at Buffalo 
In this role, you engaged in hands-on recruitment activities, contributing to planning and development processes within the Workforce Planning and Recruitment department. You assisted with scheduling, interviewing, and assessing candidates, while also collaborating with the Facilities Department to streamline recruitment processes. Your participation in departmental meetings provided you with in-depth knowledge of recruitment practices in higher education, and you promoted diversity and inclusivity in hiring efforts.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management at the University at Buffalo, set to graduate in December 2024. Through my coursework, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of key business principles, organizational behavior, marketing and effective HR practices. My education emphasizes fostering positive workplace environments and promoting diversity and inclusion. Engaging in group projects and discussions has further honed my interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. I am eager to apply this knowledge in a professional setting and contribute to creating inclusive workplace cultures.
