Experience

Project Management and Client Relations 

  • Manage client relationships, communication and stakeholder expectations through all phases of marketing, collateral and website projects. 
  • 20+ years of experience in project management and campaign execution. 
  • Develop and manage project timelines to ensure deadlines and budgets are met. 
  • Extensive knowledge of website design, development and SEO implementation. 
  • Partner with external and third-party vendors to coordinate efforts and initiatives. 
  • Managed 50+ website, print and digital marketing projects simultaneously. 

 

Marketing Strategy, Planning and Implementation 

  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives. 
  • Execution and coordination of marketing tactics, including content development, integrated direct marketing campaigns, website development, SEO implementation and collateral creation and production.  
  • Tradeshow and event marketing, including booth creation, production, pre-event marketing, and logistics. 
  • Proficient in budget management, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve financial goals. 

Team Leadership and Development 

  • Responsible for leadership, management, and accountability of 13-person production team - consisting of project managers, copywriters and creative team.  
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and profitability. 
  • Assesses weekly and monthly reports to ensure productivity and KPIs are being achieved and maintained. 
  • Perform quarterly reviews and implement performance improvement plans when necessary to provide constructive and transparent feedback to team members  
  • Founding member of leadership team that implemented and rolled out EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) companywide. 
  • Played key role in driving company growth 10-20% year-over-year, expanding revenue from $1 million to $12 million and scaling team from 10 to 80 employees over 15-year tenure.
