Quickly positioned myself as a top performer within sales ranks, which, combined with my operations background, led to being tasked to take a leadership role in managing my home branch. Initial responsibilities included prospecting, cultivating, and maturing relationships with contractors, property managers, and manufacturers.  Once in place as Branch Manager, was responsible for overall branch P&L, building maintenance, delivery of all sales, supervision of 5 employees, and forward-looking planning. Redefined the Branch Manager position within the region. When the opportunity opened, I was tasked to take over the Midwest Region Operations, which consists of 7 branches, 8 direct reports, 30+ personnel, and $25+ mil in sales. Since taking over the region, the Midwest has led the company in inventory accuracy, safety compliance, labor recovery, and employee development through training and promotion.

Key Accomplishments:

Branch Level               March 2021 -March 2022

  • Drove and facilitated branch sales growth by 80+% (1.7mil in 2021 to 3.2mil in 2022) beating our branch target of 2.5mil.
  • Secured largest rental sale to date at the branch of $400,000 for seasonal heat contract.
  • Provided much-needed leadership and stabilization within our branch's operational leadership, which allowed rapid, sustainable, and profitable growth

Regional Level          Aug 2023-Current

  • Standardized regional processes through SOPs, which helped control costs and streamline activities.
  • Implemented a defined career ladder for personnel in the region, providing them with a clear direction for career growth.

Design immediate and long-range sales and marketing plans, integrate new and existing accounts, and cultivate long-term, positive relationships with customers to enhance business growth. Contribute to business development initiatives by researching, discovering, and developing new markets; attending networking and industry events; creating proposals for clients; and planning new marketing and branding initiatives that steadily drive revenue growth.   • Developed and executed strategic sales and marketing plans that more than tripled HVAC service sales in 2020, leading to the branch’s record year despite the COVID-19 pandemic; achieving 101% to goal.
