I've been an IT professional for over 16 years, and I recently decided to take a huge risk, taking on new challenges as a freelance IT technician and insurance agent. My passion has always been writing, so I am continuing my professional journey by pursuing education and certifications in the field of technical writing. 

My last position with Wright State University included technical writing, which included a huge migration of our knowledgebase to the ServiceNow system. I would love to talk with you about how I could strengthen your team!
