With a background in Business Administration from Broward College, I currently contribute as a Representative at Ferguson Enterprises. My core competencies include customer service excellence, sales support, inventory management, and compliance with safety protocols. Working in this role has allowed me to process customer orders, coordinate shipments, and handle hazmat materials while upholding regulatory standards.  

At Ferguson Enterprises, I work with teams to ensure seamless inventory control and customer satisfaction. My role emphasizes collaboration with colleagues and third-party carriers to optimize operations and achieve business growth. Focused on fostering strong client relationships, I aim to drive brand awareness and contribute to the success of the organization by providing reliable and efficient service.

Assistant manager, also provide sales support by preparing quotes, processing orders and getting order ready before the customer arrives. I deliver excellent customer service, assist with inventory management, and coordinate shipments through company fleets and third-party carriers while ensuring compliance with hazmat safety regulations.

I am currently enrolled in school to finish my bachelors degree. I hold an Associate Degree in Business Management along with certifications in Business Specialist and Business Operations.
