Creating keno tickets in a fun and busy atmosphere, made sure our guests tickets were made to their liking, checked the numbers being drawn and making sure that they are correct, would walk to the other parts of casino to see if any other guests would like to play keno, cleaning and stocking the keno holders in the keno lounge, sports bar, and the restaurant.

Come in early mornings to help get breakfast started, Cleaned areas and made sure there was always enough food. Washed dishes and prepped food for the next day. Would also help cover the front desk for lunches as well as working the front some days. Very great at communicating and passing on information to the correct department. Also set up reservations and answer phone calls.
