AREA MANAGER | AMAZON FULFILLMENT | MARCH 2015 – December 2024 

Plan and run shifts of over 100 associates daily with emphasis of day over day, week over week, and month over month improvements in productivity and quality metrics while maintaining safe shifts with zero recordable incidents during tenure. 

Partnered with Safety team and Engineering to implement layout improvements to limit staircase usage limiting time in a more dangerous path.  

Partnered with Safety team and Engineering to build chutes to prevent the need to carry totes, packages, and/or amnesty up and downstairs. 

Developed and coached quality team on tracking orders, created bus routes throughout packing departments and ship docks leading to a more than 500% decrease in missed customer shipments. 

Development of Process Assistant training, including cross-training, to learn multiple roles in multiple departments, leading to dozens of managerial promotions of P.A.s across several Fulfillment Centers in the Southern California region.  

Expanded training to Tier 1 Associates helping hundreds of Associates promote to P.A. roles in multiple regions across the North American network. 

With focus on the learning department, I added direct focus on teaching AA’s basics daily, while showing them the results, leading to a 45% increase in productivity. 

Frequent metric analysis allowing delegation of tasks to Process Assistants improving workflow, decreasing head count requirements by three, while maintaining productivity, saving just over $143K annually.
