I am a workforce and student success professional dedicated to helping individuals navigate pathways to education, employment, and long-term stability. Across my experience in higher education and workforce development, I have worked closely with students and program participants to develop individualized plans, connect them with opportunities, and track progress toward meaningful outcomes. Currently pursuing a Master of Social Work, I continue to deepen my understanding of community systems, equity, and holistic support strategies. I am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW), further strengthening my knowledge of community systems, equity, and holistic support practices that inform my approach to workforce and student success work.

I also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, where I developed core skills in communication, analysis, and public engagement that continue to support my ability to connect with diverse populations and partners.
