Facilitated strategic talent management processes, including succession planning, talent development, talent reviews, and workforce planning.

  • Developed global talent framework for Mozilla, including talent assessments, talent reviews, 9-box, location strategies, development planning, and succession planning. 
  • Led project for defining bonus program and implementation; this included designing recognition programs to boost engagement and drive cultural changes throughout the organization. 
  • Facilitated and created impactful training materials/courses; led focus group conversations, assisted leadership in change management initiatives, and managed organizational effectiveness initiatives across organizations.

HR Business Partner

Oversaw all aspects of strategic and tactical HR decisions in multiple business units (divisions) in Wafer Inspection; partnered with senior VPs to improve organizational effectiveness through actionable people strategies. Managed recruiting, employee relations, immigration, training, talent development, and compensation/benefits initiatives. Led cross-functional performance management team of 12 (international) in implementing changes to performance management process and HR metrics.

  • Directed team of six through redesign of global company hiring approval processes; this resulted in empowering managers to make decisions, decreasing time-in-process from 32 working days to 4, and improving perception by 85%.
  • Co-developed a globally-used Excel tool which enabled more efficient and effective annual focal process for executive and HR business partner use (merit increases, bonuses, and incentives); reduced time consumed by 50%+.

HR Analytics Specialist (Intern)

Brought onboard to oversee workforce-planning initiatives; supported 20 VPs in the Aerospace sector by managing and monitoring talent acquisition activities (3000+ hires annually). Met weekly to review recruiting activity across the sector and encouraged use of newly created dashboard to drive targeted actions; assisted in evaluating performance of 34 recruiters.

  • Developed tools to reduce time required producing executive reports by almost 90% (from 6 hours to 30 minutes); as part of tool development, created macros and documentation that made the transition of work more feasible.
  • Increased overall team efficiency by 33% (7 employees) over an 8-week period; this involved redesigning and improving communication processes, workflows, and organizational structure with transition to Taleo applicant tracking system. 
  • Created interactive dashboards (Flash-based) to assist in workforce planning for current and future programs; this provided strategic insight for staffing needs of current and future programs within Aerospace business unit.

Team Lead | Senior Engineer II | Technical Support Engineer I&II

Partnering with SVP and European Area Director, co-led organizational design for implementation of new European Support Center employing approximately 60 engineers of various disciplines. This initiative included process design, training, staffing, coaching, and leadership development. The workforce was a mix from eight European countries, adding to the variety and complexity of the working environment.   

  • Drove 25% overall productivity improvement by organizing training, improving processes, and creating procedures for transition of support center front-line operations from Netherlands to Czech. 
  • Bettered customer retention by 30% among support agreements; within a two-year period, proactively addressed problems and ensured customer satisfaction through personalized support and interactions.
  • Co-led organizational design with Sr. VP and European Area Director for implementation of new European Support Center employing ~60 engineers.
