• Process multi state semi-monthly payroll 
• Import 401K, HSA contributions
• Review timesheets for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain log and enter payroll updates/calculations for all earnings and deductions and LOA for each pay period 
• Verify and approve direct deposits, change of address, salary changes, and terminations in HRIS
• Reconcile payroll and benefit contributions each pay period and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Run payroll registers, YTD register, check details reports once payroll is submitted 
• Reconcile and upload payroll benefit contributions to benefit vendors
• Register new tax accounts with the state or local municipality and provide new tax accounts to payroll provider.
• Manage POA’s and TPA access
• Work with payroll provider and state agencies to resolve payroll tax issues
• Record payroll journal entries in NetSuite 
• Process, review, and manage multi state unemployment claims
• Provide reports for 401K audits and worker’s comp
• Main point of contact for payroll inquiries
• Manage department email
