I am a Software Quality Assurance professional with 18 years of experience in testing applications across the Banking and Financial Services, E-Commerce, and Automotive sectors. For the past decade, I have served as a QA Lead/Manager, overseeing testing teams for projects utilizing an Onsite-Offshore model. My areas of expertise encompass business requirement analysis, test planning, and test case development, as well as Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing for both web browsers and mobile applications on iOS and Android. I am also well-versed in the Defect Management process. I have experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, manage the functional, Automation and Performance testing team members and I am currently looking for opportunities where I can leverage my testing and project management skills to contribute to the success of the projects I engage in.

I am currently employed at PACCAR Inc. in Renton, WA, where I am involved in a data migration project that transitions an outdated Dealer application to a new system. 

In addition, I have experience working with companies such as Costco in Issaquah, WA, Popular Community Bank, and Tend (formerly known as Meed) in Santa Monica, CA and worked for JP Morgan Chase Bank, Arval Service Lease via Infosys and Mindtree consulting companies. 

I specialize in functional testing and project management for Quality Assurance activities, which includes overseeing schedules, managing resources, ensuring project deliverables, and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams.
