Joseph Santos

Born and raised in the Tampa area with over 20 years of customer service experience along with my extroverted personality and a 4 month old daughter I’m experienced, outgoing, motivated and professional.

I’ve been in the customer service industry my entire career, I enjoy helping others and I get a lot of satisfaction assisting people. I have management experience and for over four years I was an apple tech support agent. At the time I only had PC experience, I am now immersed in the apple ecosystem while remaining up to date with all major operating systems. 

Recently I became a Notary Public in the state of Florida, this may give me more experience for my resume but more importantly can be a way for me to be more involved in the community.
