I personally coached different seasonal rosters of 6-8 players over the course of 2 years (4 competitive seasons). Coaching a middle/high school development team, ‘Iolani Valorant Red made it to every playoff bracket and made two finals in the HSEL Valorant Major. Players I have worked with ranged from Silver (lower 40% nationally) to Immortal  (upper 1% nationally). I have experience as a Personal Valorant Coach and a Esports Program Coordinator.
