Cyber security should be about prevention, but occasionally it's about containment and remediation. I have experience in both, and I enjoy the interface between users, engineering, and business. Security is everyone's job and I work to make the secure choice the easy choice.

Incident response coordinator focusing on compliance and education before an incident occurs, but experienced in rapid triage, containment, and remediation when they inevitably develop. I work with users and the business to ensure that lessons are captured from every investigation, continuous improvement is baked into every process, and everyone can work in a culture of psychological safety.

I have a depth of experience managing and securing linux/unix systems, and have supported enterprise sized fleets of physical and cloud environments across mixed Windows and Unix services, with commensurate support of mixed user device environments.

I am working to support upstream security at the software lifecycle and compliance stages to ensure maximum impact.
