Whole Foods Grocery Team Member   10/2023- (present)

• Was trusted with maintaining the department on my own some nights from 6pm-10pm an ensured that I properly set up the overnight and opening shift crews. 
• Learned how to make signs, scan spoilage, scan donations, scan samples, make bales, and run cooler/freezer temperature checks.
• Ran dairy truck at 5am and ensured that the dairy section and dairy perimeters were as perfect as possible before the store opening time.
• Ran frozen freight in the PM shifts to help the overnight and morning crew for that section
• Coordinated with my department team trainer as much as possible to learn their duties and methods to the best of my abilities before applying for team trainer
• Consistently memorized where seasonal, new, and niche products were across departments in order to efficiently assist customers
• Greeted customers with positivity to ensure an easy, satisfying shopping experience for them
• Broke down and built displays as sales ended and new sales began
• Directed a few of our 1pm power fronts when leadership were in meetings

• Became a culture champion and punctually arrived at 6:00 AM for each shift to ensure a clean and properly stocked department before open
• Assisted Value Added/Production Team with production of cut fruits, veggies, and fresh squeezed juice.
• Assisted floor team with stocking and fronting product, as well as closing up whenever they needed it.
• Shadowed Supervisor Shawn Wolfe to learn about supervisor duties and general responsibilities of the closing shift.
