All prior employment was all customer facing, and I have been in the customer service field for more than 20+ years. I have completed 4 years of college (1987-1991) majoring in Bachelor of Arts in Mass communications(did not graduate),  and 5 years of high school (1982-1987). all educations was done in the Philippines.
