About Josalyn Jones:
I am an Instructional Coach and elementary educator specializing in K–5 literacy, small-group instruction, and data-driven teaching. In my current role at a charter school in Atlanta, I coach teachers through lesson internalization, observation and feedback cycles, and planning that aligns instruction to standards and scholar needs. I also serve as a Kindergarten Teacher and Grade Level Team Lead, giving me a clear view of both classroom realities and team-level systems. I am pursuing an Ed.D. in Elementary Education with a focus on culturally responsive teaching and am seeking Instructional Coach roles where I can support teachers and strengthen core instruction at scale.
