Professional Experience:Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in diverse roles that have honed my skills and expanded my horizons. I've been a self-employed Musical Instructor, sharing my love for music by providing instrumental and music training to students of all ages. This experience has taught me the value of patience, adaptability, and the joy of witnessing individuals grow and excel in their musical pursuits.

As a former Customer Service Representative at US Bank, I mastered the art of effective communication while addressing client inquiries and providing solutions. This role instilled in me a strong customer-centric approach and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

My journey also led me to work as a Trainer/Assembler at Honeywell Manufacturing Company, where I've had the opportunity to train new employees in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role has allowed me to harness my skills in precision, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Experience Highlights:Self-Employed Musical Instructor (2006-Present): As a self-employed musical instructor, I have provided instrumental and music training to students of all ages. City of Greenacres Recreational Aid II (2006-2011): In this role, I facilitated staff meetings, performed clerical duties, and assisted in various recreational activities. I also managed financial transactions, prepared cash reports, and coordinated leagues, tournaments, and daily programmed activities.Palm Beach School Board Afterschool Counselor (2011-2014): As an afterschool counselor, I ensured the safety and care of students, assisted with homework, and oversaw activities. I displayed professionalism in school affairs and worked with students with developmental disabilities.

US Bank Customer Service Representative (July 2021-February 2022): In this role, I addressed client inquiries, provided solutions, and managed high-volume inbound and outbound calls, processing various client transactions. I also maintained up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies.

Current Position: Trainer/Assembler at Honeywell Manufacturing Company (September 19th - Present): In my current role, I provide comprehensive training to new employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, focusing on assembling parts for gas lines. I instruct and guide new hires in conducting meticulous prechecks on parts, ensuring precision and adherence to blueprint specifications. I also facilitate training sessions on quality control processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training materials, and act as a subject matter expert in reading and interpreting blueprints.
