• Have experience with dealing with upset customers and building a solution for the issues of the morning Shift and afternoon services, also with Contractors and Drivers that may have to help with safety and maintain DOT inspection
• Experience business discussions regarding complaints, damages, theft, and grading Contractors and Drivers ability to perform pick up and deliveries in a timely manner and keep the customer satisfied.
