Earning my Doctorate in Education (EdD) gave me the tools to apply research-based frameworks to evaluate and enhance learning effectiveness. I have designed and implemented training in high-stakes environments with the Department of Defense, where accuracy, timeliness, and performance outcomes are critical. Beyond design execution, I’ve led faculty development and technology integration initiatives that have been recognized nationally and internationally for innovation in educational technology.
I also bring a global perspective. Having grown up in Brazil and being fluent in Portuguese, I understand the importance of designing training that is not only technically accurate but also culturally relevant and accessible across diverse learner populations. Combined with my experience at the forefront of integrating generative AI and emerging technologies into instructional design, I create scalable solutions that make complex technical processes clear, safe, and actionable for diverse learners.
