In addition to my business leadership, I’ve made long-standing contributions to education access and talent development. As a Board Member and trained selection reader for ScholarMatch, I assess scholarship applications using structured rubrics-closely mirroring the evaluative practices at higher education institutions. I also serve as an alumni interviewer for the University of Pennsylvania, where for the past four years, I have used a standardized evaluation framework to assess undergraduate applicants.
