Jon “Yoni” Kastner

I currently serve as Chief of Staff at TRUE, an AI-driven fintech innovator focused on transforming document processing in the mortgage industry. I work closely with our CEO and leadership team, bridging strategic goals with actionable outcomes across our departments. My role has evolved from an entry-level software engineer into a central advisory position where I contribute to high-level initiatives, from corporate development and financial planning to recruitment and investor relations. 

My contributions include orchestrating a $22 million capital raise and steering the acquisition of a complementary software platform, both of which reinforced our company’s market position. I have led parts of board presentations, and am in charge of putting together our monthly and quarterly board decks, blending insights across departments to foster alignment and transparency with stakeholders. Additionally, I’ve designed and managed financial budgets and various strategic initiatives, creating flexible models that anticipate growth and market shifts.

Prior to TRUE, I've worked in wealth management at Morgan Stanley in a client-facing role, as well as a summer analyst at a long/short hedge fund in Manhattan, MYDA Capital.

I have a bachelors in applied mathematics with a concentration in computer science from William E. Macaulay Honors College and Queens College of CUNY.
