As an aspiring cybersecurity specialist, I am very excited to enter the IT industry. My background in customer service has equipped me with the ability to understand clients' unique needs and to provide tailored solutions to their challenges. I thrive in collaborative environments, leveraging teamwork and open communication to build strong relationships with colleagues.

My critical thinking skills enable me to examine, evaluate, and mitigate risks effectively. Additionally, my problem-solving abilities allow me to respond swiftly to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and develop innovative strategies to address emerging threats.

I recently attended Summit Academy OIC and graduated in July 2023. During my academic journey, I’ve gained hands-on experience evaluating vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and responding to incidents, creating a solid foundation for security principles. While I continue to expand my technical skills, I’m fixated on becoming a highly competent pen-tester and cryptographer.
