Fleet administrator 
I have managed a fleet of 240 units for Tesla, 
Coordinated repairs/inspections in Texas, Nevada Sparks, Lathrop Fremont, Bakersfield, SoCal, Ohio and Alaska. Tractors I have supervised are peterbilt, volvo, Mac, kenworth, Kentucky flatbed, Dodge ram, Ford, freightliner, Windstar, trailers such as lohr and Cottrell 9 haulers. Our tractors were married to trailers so when it came to pm- 90 day bit inspections and yearly annual DOT's they were always done together as a standard. I've also delt with dealerships such as Dixon tech, tech equipment, Peterbilt, Volvo, Pape' Kenworth, And mom an pop shops in the States I previously mentioned were assets are located.
All vendors that previously provided service for my position at Tesla are not bond to Tesla.
They are more then willing to work with me still.
The vendors service provided can consist in the following if need be.

After hour service, yard checks for tire preventive maintenance, I have a technician crews certified in cottrelle/lohr and certified to work on all tractors mentioned.

pm-90-day bit inspections can even be scheduled on weekends.

I was involved in weekly meetings with vendors and supervisors I provided monthly audits for all of our assets making sure we were in compliance with all inspections.

Daily duties
-Coordinated fleet units to be serviced for maintenance and repairs. 
-Communicated with  vendors/dealerships to ensure status of repairs will reaching a resolve of completion, by updates and part eta's prior to diagnosis. 
-Making sure inventory was in stock to prevent production delays.
- Performed administration filing on fleet assets to ensure all inspections were up to date and units were roadworthy and in compliance.
- Had weekly meetings with on-site vendors and standards that will eliminate unnecessary setbacks or liabilities. 
-Conducted daily usage of excel spreadsheets/emails. Familiar with emkay, Holman / ari, geotab, alset/ticket orders and the inspection spreadsheet/excell Microsoft.
-Daily communications with supervisors, drivers, vendors and dealerships.
- Efficient with Vin#- tractors/trailers position.
- Managed maintenance/repairs on Volvos, mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth, winstar, freightliners, ford, ram, dodge, freightliners,lohr/Cottrell-trailer 9 haulers.
-conducted monthly audits on files both in office and PDF attachments on alset,inspected tractor binders to insure physical copies of inspection forms were with unit.
 

I received GED in 2015, before that I have basic knowledge of middle school/highschool curriculum up to 11th grade
