My name is Pastor Johnnie  Jones Jr.. I'm presently the pastor at The Potter's House Outreach Center , in the City of Newport News Virginia where the address is 1700 Madison Avenue…

I've been pastoring there for about 8 years going on 9 now..

April 2025 will be the 9th year of my pastoring there.. I also am a gospel singer and sing in a very professional gospel group called The Jones singers out of Newport News Virginia where I am the lead singer..

I have a associates degree in theology where I graduated from Grace Bible College.. I also have a bachelor's degree also where I graduated from Grace Bible College..

I transferred from Grace Bible College to Acts of Grace Bible College where I graduated and received a Masters degree....

I also received a second Master degree from Acts of Grace Bible College…

This year I graduated one final time with a Doctorate degree from Acts of Grace Bible College …

I am passionate about doing the work that God has called me to do.. I am literally a pastor as the Bible speaks of in Jeremiah chapter 3 verse 15 where it says he gives pastors after his own heart. 

I pastor and lead God's people under not just the leading of the holy Spirit but a level of standard, morality, and integrity.. I believe and obey the scriptures and live by example following all the rules regulations and commandments of God. I am a pastor that has a standard and believe in righteousness and holiness. My commitment to Ministry is not predicated on financial gain or high position but simply my love for God and my fear of God. I am 53 years old and have the wisdom of a man that is 99 years old. Because of trial and error, affliction and God ordained situations, I've matured very quickly. I'm excited about this chapter because I know God has greater things in store for me.. I believe in doing things not just on a level of greatness but I believe in doing everything in the spirit of Excellency.. I believe God calls his people to greater things. I believe that God requires more and greater from his children and not just being content doing things mediocre. I believe in being hailed to a standard as a leader. I believe leaders should have to answer to somebody other than God. Where there is no standard, and no accountability most leaders will find themselves in error.
