As a Kitchen Manager, I assume a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations. I take into account customer demand, upcoming events, and any special requirements when planning the day's activities.

I studied music performance for 7 years and played the trumpet throughout my education. I have since switched my studies to business with a focus on social media and customer service.
