Hello! My name is Johnell Pannell, and I am a hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for both construction and photography. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry and more than seven years of expertise in photography, I bring a unique blend of skills to every project I undertake.

Throughout my career in construction, I have honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry. I have been part of numerous projects, ranging from small-scale residential renovations to large commercial developments. My dedication and commitment to delivering high-quality results have earned me a reputation as a dependable teammate and an asset to any construction team.

In parallel to my construction career, photography has always been my creative outlet and passion. Over the years, I have cultivated my skills behind the lens, capturing stunning images that tell stories and evoke emotions. Whether it's documenting the progress of a construction project, capturing architectural details, or showcasing the beauty of nature, my camera is an extension of my artistic vision.

I worked for a steel construction company as a field engineer for about 12 years. Primary responsibilities were crane engineering, permits and logistics as well as working as the liaison between the office and our field superintendents and foremen. Additionally, I've got experience in project management, estimating, purchasing and site supervision.
