John Omojuwa

My name is John Omojuwa, a strong Business Analyst with a proven track record of 8 years as a business analyst. I have managed diverse projects in different horizon. This is not limited to Accounting firm, Construction firm, Insurance firm, Banking and Mortgage institution, and lastly in healthcare domains. I have demonstrated a strong capability in handling different projects and products through Agile ceremonies, and I successfully utilized different methodologies ranging from traditional-waterfall methodology, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Selenium and as well as Hybrid approach/framework (that is, a combination of predictive and adaptive approach). 

In my most recent healthcare project, while developing software for the healthcare, we determined that, the best approach that will deliver the product successfully because of its complexity and risk, was to adopt Spiral Methodology precisely due to the risk and timing involved. The method was a great tool and techniques that helped the entire project team while we were able to adequately managed, mitigate risk, and identify potential issues earlier enough for the developer to design and integrate the solution into any future occurrence. The entire lifecycle took about a month without exceeding the time box as estimated in the actual print plan.
