my name is John Miller. I am currently working as a licensed insurance agent. This has been a new career for me, prior to my current profession I was a nurse for 13 years. I felt I was ready for a change and ready to reach out and help folks in a different aspect of healthcare, I have many years of leadership and supervisory experience as well as many years of direct experience with those I serve professionally. I am very ambitious and always looking for a new challenge or opportunity to grow and expand my knowledge in a way that is profitable to myself as well as being an asset to the team I work with. I am punctual, polite, well spoken, and a team leader. I generally excel in the positions I have been placed in being given additional responsibilities as well as being promoted often Sooner than other coworkers in comparable positions. I am a problem solver not a complainer. I do not expect anything from those I work with that I am not willing to do myself. I pride myself on setting a professional example for those I work with yet always being courteous and a team player first. I handle adversity well as well as conflict resolution well having had many years of direct experience as part of responsibilities in previous jobs. The most important thing to me professionally is to be part of the winning team and Having the opportunity to give my absolute best to a job or position that I truly believe in.
