John Hatherill

I have streamlined my programming skills and adapted them to the standards of the companies where I work. When I saw a need for the talents of a project manager, Harrington Industrial Plastics paid for the education. I earned a master’s degree in project management in 2016. Among the different skills I acquired is the patience to deal with a variety of people by finding common needs, showing admiration for their knowledge, and accepting them where they are; in short seeing the good in everyone.

I have had many years of experience using the U2 programming language in many industries including manufacturing and distribution. Specifically, I have worked for 12 years on the Prelude Epicor ERP system where I would resolve issues, enhance operational processes, make reports more useful, and maintain file size efficiency. I am comfortable collaborating with people in many departments; from task-oriented users to top management. I document projects and lessons learned and share what I learned with others.
