As a CNA at a busy pediatric clinic, I support a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in providing compassionate and efficient care to children from infancy through adolescence. My responsibilities include:

Performing vital checks (height, weight, temperature, heart rate, etc.) and documenting patient information accurately.

Administering point-of-care tests for COVID-19, flu, strep, and RSV, and assisting with sample collection.

Preparing exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitization between visits.

Supporting providers during patient assessments and treatments.

Communicating effectively with both patients and their parents/guardians to create a welcoming and calming environment for children.

Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care.

With over three years of experience in pediatric outpatient care, I’ve developed strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills that help promote a positive healthcare experience for every child and family.

Over three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a pediatric clinic, performing vitals, conducting diagnostic tests, and supporting children and families during visits. Skilled in clinical tasks, patient communication, and working in fast-paced healthcare environments.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences at the University of Arkansas. Graduating December 2025. Extensive hands-on experience in pediatric care, research, and community service.
