Jill Clingenpeel

I'm hard working and have worked with memory care residents for the last 4 years. I have been trained in many different dementia and alzheimers programs. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years and worked in sone form of management the last 5 years.

I have been a Memory Care Director for the last year. When I started this position, no programming were in place. I did Social Histories on each person, Checked them for elopement, falls, did their care plans, added them for showers, and Laundry. I then did a cognitive assessment on every resident to create an I care plan. I then worked with every staff member and trained them on our core values, our programming, Dementia and Alzheimers Care.

I have been an STNA for 20 years. I recently went and did the FitMinds Program. I have did various different Dementia and Alzheimers training. I currently work as the Memory Care Director for Traditions of Beavercreek.
