I have been working in the maintenance and operations industry for over 20 years as Manager . i have worked with state and Federal agencies on million dollar construction projects . I have a strong back round in electrical systems and controls . I worked on cooling towers chillers systems & steam  boilers  and worked with DX A/C systems . I have plumbing knowledge and worked at Texas A&M university Kingsville as the utilities Director worked on all the student dorms and assisted my Associates trouble shooting issues.  i am a team player and believe that the employees are the most important part of the company there  opinion must be valued and I include them in decision making issues.  of course some sensitive information must be kept confidential from them.  I love working with people and believe communication is very important . I am honest loyal dedicated and trust worthy . I have been through several emergency situations from hurricanes to equipment failures and took the lead. I  worked with Texas department of criminal justice as a facilities director. I have worked for Christus health systems as safety officer and director of maintenance. I worked for the GEO group Federal detention center in Robstown Tx.  I worked for SSC services for a higher education at TAMUK,  I am strong leader that listens to his employees .  I love helping people learn and enjoy working with a team.
