Organized and maintained the CEO’s personal and business calendars, scheduled meetings, handled arrangements for internal and external speaking engagements and on sites for the CEO’s training/coaching, travel & transportation arrangements, detailed travel itineraries (both international and domestic), planning events, used Divvy to track expenses and budgets for the CEO, paid bills both personal and business.. Maintained filing systems, created organization in all things and always looked for ways to improve current systems that would make things smoother for the CEO.
