Jessica Knott

I am a senior leader with over 10 years of experience in project management. 

Ms. Knott has nearly 15 years of experience supporting federal and state clients, including CMS, SAMHSA, State Medicaid Agencies, and the VA, in progressively complex roles. Ms. Knott has outstanding organizational and communication skills with an unparalleled attention to detail. Ms. Knott is a strong, independent, and analytic thinker with strengths in decision-making, project planning, and building client relationships. Ms. Knott is a results-oriented, self-motivated problem solver and researcher with a proven ability to build consensus and teamwork. Ms. Knott has the ability to multi-task while producing high quality work, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 

Ms. Knott has utilized strong leadership and project management skills to successfully implement complex data warehouse systems and reporting models aimed at improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations. Ms. Knott also has experience in leading programmatic evaluations to increase awareness and support for expanding programs within the prison system. More recently, Ms. Knott has worked closely with the National Artificial Intelligence Institute (NAII) leadership to build solid relationships and support the establishment of the Project Management Office (PMO) division prior to the transition of the NAII to the Digital Health Office (DHO). Since the transition, Ms. Knott has supported the Director of Operations in identifying and operationalizing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for multiple programs, ensuring that goals are met and provided project management for key projects aimed at advancing the mission of the NAII. Ms. Knott has mentored numerous junior staff members, providing guidance and support to those looking to improve their project management skills and move into more senior positions.
