Hello everyone,

My name is Jessi James,  and I'm here to share with you my experience as a human resources recruiter. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work for various recruitment companies and have been involved in multiple stages of the hiring process.

My primary responsibility has been to find and select candidates for clients' job openings, and I have specialized in sourcing candidates for a wide range of positions. I have experience in recruiting for entry-level positions, mid-level positions, and executive-level positions, and I have recruited for various industries, including technology, finance, healthcare, and marketing.

One of the things that I have learned throughout my career is that finding the right candidate for a job requires a lot of effort and attention to detail. It's not just about matching the candidate's qualifications to the job description. It's also about finding someone who will fit in with the company culture and has the necessary soft skills to thrive in the role.

To do this, I have developed various techniques to source candidates. I use job boards, social media platforms, and networking to find qualified individuals who are actively seeking new opportunities. I also reach out to passive candidates who may not be actively looking for a new job but might be interested in hearing about new opportunities.

Once I have identified potential candidates, I begin the screening process. This includes reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and assessing the candidate's fit for the role. I also conduct reference checks to verify the candidate's employment history and qualifications.

From there, I work closely with the hiring manager to schedule in-person interviews, and I provide guidance and support throughout the interview process. After the interviews are complete, I assist the hiring manager in making a final decision on which candidate to hire.

Overall, my experience as a human resources recruiter has been challenging but rewarding. I have had the opportunity to work with some fantastic clients and have helped many candidates find new and exciting career opportunities.
