i am passionate about teaching new skills and techniques to my students. I have been i  education for 8 years and have over 7 years of coaching experience. 

Being a teacher isn’t an easy job to do. What separates the good teachers from the outstanding teachers is their passion. Their passion to want to teach their students, the passion to want to expand their minds, and the passion to make each day for their students better than the last. As a teacher we need to have the mentality that everything is not going to go our way but we can work through every obstacle given to us. We have to be prepared for the worst and turn it around to make it a positive. 

Therefore I feel I am well equipped for this position because I have the skills necessary to teach our upcoming generation what it takes to enjoy physical activities and the mental strength to overcome any obstacles. 

There are a few things that I believe are the keys to becoming a successful teacher and I try every day to make sure I apply those to myself. The first thing is to be organized; organization is one of the biggest keys to being a successful teacher. With organization you know where, when, and what you are doing every day because you have it planned out days before hand. The next thing is to be on time; when showing up on time to your school it shows how much you want to be there and it gives you time to prepare for the day whether it’s mentally, physically, or spiritually. The last thing that a successful teacher should have is to always have a positive attitude. This positive attitude can not only affect your day but the students, and your fellow staff members. Having an attitude like this gets you through the tough parts of the day, it also makes teaching enjoyable to do.
