I am a seasoned HR leader with 15+ years of experience, currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Howard Energy Partners. I am a senior HR executive with deep expertise in enterprise‑level talent strategy, organizational transformation, and workforce optimization across energy, nonprofit, education, and consulting environments. As Senior Director of HR at Howard Midstream Energy Partners, I lead HR operations across Texas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Mexico, driving measurable business impact through advanced analytics, strategic workforce planning, and cost‑of‑labor modeling. I have delivered significant results, including reducing turnover by more than half and generating over $4.7M in HR‑driven cost savings. I also play a critical role in M&A due diligence, organizational design, and succession planning, while co‑sponsoring strategic planning initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines and operational stability.

In addition to my corporate work, I am an adjunct professor at Trinity University’s School of Business, where I teach Talent Acquisition, Development, and SHRM certification courses. Previously, as CHRO for AVANCE San Antonio, I led HR strategy for 31 childcare facilities across five counties, implementing enterprise HRIS and LMS systems, ensuring compliance for federally funded programs, and driving organizational capability through succession planning and talent development. As President of my own consulting firm, I advised executives and boards on workforce strategy, compliance, and change management, delivering data‑driven solutions that improved organizational readiness.

My earlier leadership roles — including Director of HR Consulting at Analytic Focus, Interim VP of HR at Goodwill Industries, and Director of HR at Communities in Schools — reflect a consistent record of guiding large‑scale HR transformations, implementing HR technology, leading investigations, designing compensation structures, and strengthening organizational culture.
