My Passion is to optimize athletes' peak performance and to sustain their physical achievements by combining athletic therapy, strength & conditioning, sports medicine and sport science. By utilizing technologies, data analysis, and clinical assessments, I am able to identify athletes' strengths and weaknesses and develop a comprehensive plan to enable them to reach their highest potential. I am a driven team player that wants the staff I work with to be their very best while providing the highest level of human performance optimization to our athletes.

I have been a certified athletic trainer and have been involved in the strength and conditioning realm for 10 years. Experiences include Division 1 & 2 College setting as well as the military setting.
