• Stay ahead and on top of the preparation, especially during the lunch hours to not get behind on the orders.

• Teach young girls basic volleyball skills.
• Demonstrate how important leadership, communication, and strategy are in teams.
• Helped head coach with setting up practices and coming up with drills.
• Communicated with, sometimes upset, parents about what was best for the team and their daughters.
