Recently, I earned my associate’s degree in Business Administration and am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sports and Recreation Management.

With experience in coaching, problem-solving, and adapting to new challenges, I aim to bring these skills to an administrative role in business or sports. My computer proficiency and ability to streamline processes allow me to contribute to team success and organizational efficiency.

environment.
• Drive private training and membership sales to hit and exceed studio goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate instructors and front desk team to deliver consistent service and close
high-value opportunities.
• Launch in-studio promotions, community outreach, and social campaigns to increase traffic and
convert trials to long-term clients.
• Monitor performance metrics daily and adjust staffing, scheduling, and offers to keep the studio on
pace.
