Afterwards, I lived in a Nursing Home for 2yrs. and did part time work for Brookfield Zoo, Admission, Before that while in there Day Program I was an Administrative Assistant, for an organization that was referred as a day program by Westshire Nursing home.

Experience

I attended numerous Caregiver, AARP, sessions before starting to initiate taking care of my brother, whom had been hospitalized for behavioral problems since the age of 15yrs. old. to 59yrs. old.  I gave him a room to stay,.  Made sure he got three meals a day.  Became his Payee on his Social Security Checks to help pay bills.  Took him to all appointments for behavioral health and physical needs.  I took him to Senior Centers  for activities.  And I took him to church regularly on Sundays.  Also, made sure he had  new clothing and underwear , for hygiene.  Additionally, barbershop monthly for hygiene.  He was allowed  monies  for  everyday  spending.
