About Jennifer Goad:

I have recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in human resources with a 4.0 GPA. Before that I worked in production for over 20 years. I have excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills. 

Experience

I worked at Nestle in Production for 20 years where I gained time management, teamwork, leadership, and training skills. I also worked in a call center as a customer service representative for AT&T. I also have experience as a front desk receptionist at a dentist office. 

Education

I graduated in December with a bachelor's degree in human resources. I maintained a 4.0 GPA and was recognized on the President's list each semester. I gained knowledge in human resource management, training and development, strategic staffing, employment and labor relations, and business ethics.
