I have been with my current employer for 27 plus years. I have been thru 3 acquisitions and have worked with different management groups.Worked my way up to a subject matter expert and traveled training and streamlining procedures. Offered supervisor job at another location and declined for reasons I would discuss.Presently I am lead operator at die cutting facility in Cedartown. I currently live 5 minutes form new solarycle location and would love an opportunity with a new company in my hometown where I can exercise 27 years of production,  maintenance lead and safety training experience.

Have been lead operator over crews with production and safety paramount.Promoted to subject matter expert.Traveled throughout region training crews. Worked with operation excellence group on many cost savings projects over my 27 years.Experience with kaizan techniques and many more such as toyota production philosophy 

Graduated with college preparatory degree in 1997 from Cedartown High School .Attended Ga Highlands College for a year before leaving for financial reasons.
