Rose Donnelly

I am an experienced phlebotomist with a strong background in inpatient care, including high-pressure environments such as the emergency room and intensive care unit. I have successfully performed phlebotomy on patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric, adapting to a wide range of clinical situations and patient needs. My ability to work efficiently and compassionately in fast-paced settings has allowed me to consistently provide accurate, high-quality specimen collection while maintaining patient comfort and safety.
 

I have worked at multiple hospitals in both urban and rural settings, ranging from a 150-bed facility to a large 600-bed hospital. This experience has given me the flexibility to adapt to different workflows, patient volumes, and team dynamics. No matter the environment, I consistently manage my patient load efficiently and often complete my rounds early, allowing me to assist the team and help ensure that all phlebotomy tasks are completed on time. My strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork have made me a reliable and valued part of every lab team I’ve joined.
