About Jeff Lacy:

I have worked in customer service via phone and email. My experience also includes computer building/maintenance. Composite centrifuge design and manufacturing. Management of 30 + technicians while maintaining production requirements.

Experience

For the past 20 years I have worked in a customer service environment. Remote and onsite. I assister tier 2 agents with escalated issues, provided performance reviews. Assisted customer escalated questions as needed. 

Satellite dish installation and trouble shooting.  

Education

Currently enrolled at The University of Phoenix working toward a Masters Degree in Environmental Science.
