Jay Olson

Public safety professional with experience in Security Management, Recruitment, Corrections, Armed Security Patrol, Hospital Security, Traditional Contract Security, Executive Protection, Loss Prevention and Military Police all supported by a strong educational background in public safety and leadership studies.  I hold a bachelor's degree in leadership studies, an associates degree in criminal justice and certifications as a criminal investigator as well as child protection investigator.  I have attended multiple schools and training programs that include USAF Security Police School, WI Dept of Corrections Correctional Officer and Probation/Parole Agent Academies, FBI Hostage/Crisis Negotiator course, WI LESB Jailer Academy, multiple firearms training courses, Principles of Subject Control, Defense and Arrest Tactics and I hold a 1st Degree Black Belt in Shaolin KungFu, Kempo and Karate. 

I have 40 years of experience in multiple facets of public safety that include military police, state and county corrections, hospital security, executive protection, and contract security.

In 2011 I graduated from the Waukesha County Technical College with an associate's degree in criminal justice, and in 2017 I graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor's degree in leadership studies.
