WIC Analysis: Analyzed a four-year dataset from the WIC assistance program to identify and visualize geographic and demographic disparities in participation. The project provides actionable insights for improving community access and equitable support for vulnerable populations.

SCI Insights: Explored the National Spinal Cord Injury Model Systems dataset to analyze the quality of life for individuals with spinal cord injuries. The project focused on key areas, including physical health, chronic pain management, and mental health, to uncover trends that can inform patient care and support programs.

Homelessness Impacts: Utilized the hud_pit_by_coc public dataset in Google BigQuery to conduct an in-depth SQL-based analysis of homelessness trends across the United States. The analysis identified vulnerable populations and assessed the impact of various policies.

My background combines successful Supply Chain Logistics/Operations with roles demanding data-driven process optimization and complex coordination. My experience as a UPS Dispatcher focused on the Supply Chain, where I utilized operational data to optimize daily schedules for a fleet of 50+ semi-trucks, leading to enhanced efficiency and driver productivity. More recently, as an Appointment Scheduler, I consistently applied data analysis of customer needs and feedback to successfully streamline booking procedures, improve customer satisfaction, and generate better sales opportunities.

I have successfully completed the Google Data Analytics Certificate through Merit America, providing me with the practical skills directly relevant to a Supply Chain Data Analyst position. This comprehensive training program provided mastery over key analytical tools, including SQL, Tableau, R, and BigQuery. My capstone project specifically involved analyzing complex government program data (WIC) to identify demographic trends, geographic cost disparities, and overall effectiveness, demonstrating my ability to transform raw data into strategic insights and measurable KPIs.
