I have served as a general manager, head of sales, head of sales operations, and head of product at B2B SaaS companies. I have a deep understanding of the go-to-market strategies that B2B SaaS companies need to succeed. 

- Built sales organization at GoCanvas.com, a B2B SaaS start-up that I joined as the 9th employee. I was head of sales and sales operations for 4 years, scaling the team from 2 of us to 23 team members. This included Account Executives, Support, BDRs, Account Managers, and Customer Success agents. I then moved to the product team, serving as Head of Product and other key roles. GoCanvas was sold in 2018 for $150M and again in 2024 for $780M. I participated in both transactions. During my 8 years the company grew from 9 people to over 200 employees.

- Built sales and marketing tech stack from the ground up, migrating GoCanvas from SugarCRM to Salesforce.com and InsideSales.com 100% on my own. Implemented Pardot, Desk.com, and Zendesk.com. 

- Served as General Manager (promoted to CEO) for Docparser.com and Mailparser.io, two B2B SaaS companies owned by an investment firm. I owned the P&Ls for both businesses and was responsible for overall strategy, product, sales, marketing, support and day-to-day operations. 

- Served as Operations Director at Redactable.com, a B2B SaaS start-up funded by Google's AI fund, Gradient. Rebuilt operations infrastructure to measure and track funnel performance. Cleaned Hubspot CRM and automated the critical touchpoints of the customer journey from trial to paid. Managed sales and support.
