As the owner of V2 Properties, I drove a 66% surge in growth, managed a portfolio of over 330 homes and units, and sustained an exceptionally low churn rate of 3.8%. Before that, in my roles with AT&T Mobility, I supervised a network of 180+ retail locations, collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize product launches, and cultivated high-performing teams. These experiences have equipped me with the ability to identify market opportunities, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement—ultimately ensuring both organizational success and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Education

I maintain an active Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) license, which has sharpened my ability to stay calm under pressure and effectively respond in crisis situations. Alongside this, I regularly pursue continuing education (CE) in property management, ensuring that I remain informed about evolving regulations, best practices, and innovative industry strategies. This commitment to ongoing learning enables me to deliver exceptional service and leadership in every professional environment.
